I loved the friendly staff who helped us organize snorkeling tours and breakfast at odd hours 🍳! The location is a bit off from major attractions, and the wi-fi could be faster.

The location offered a peaceful stay near Crystal Bay, but the scooter I rented had poor brakes, which was concerning. Staff organized great snorkeling tours for us, and the food options were diverse and delicious.

The Superior Double Room with Terrace comes with a spacious layout and high ceilings, making it feel open and inviting. I really appreciated the garden furniture on the terrace, perfect for enjoying the tropical surroundings. Location is fantastic. just a 10-minute walk to Crystal Bay beach, where the sunsets are stunning. The pool is well-maintained, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. On the downside, I felt the shower quality could be improved, as it didn’t provide a strong flow of water. There were also some worn-down pool chairs that didn’t match the rest of the resort's vibe. While it was convenient to dine at the hotel restaurant, the standard didn't quite meet expectations, and I wished for more variety on the menu.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed my stay in the Superior Double Room with Terrace. The high bathroom sink was odd but manageable. I recommend venturing to Crystal Bay for meals instead of the onsite restaurant. For a great local dining experience, try Joglo in Toya Pakeh.

Couples tranquil escape
We had an very nice time at this place the staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help us. I mean the guy helped us arrange two amazing day trips with a local driver he took us to spots we would never find on our own.
It wasn't exactly cheap but you know what it's worth it.

We had a great time chilling by the pool and exploring nearby Crystal Bay beach for snorkeling. The staff was super helpful with arranging bike rentals for us to go around easily. The lush jungle surroundings made the whole experience feel like a true escape. They served tasty breakfast every morning.
However, navigating the rocky road to the hotel was a bit tricky, particularly if you're not familiar with biking. It is worth keeping in mind that after sunset, options for dining outside are limited, which means relying on the hotel restaurant.
